RATES AND VALIDITY
All rates are in Euro and are valid from 1st March 2005 – 31st March 2006. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances which is beyond our control such as increase in transportation costs, admission fees, hotels rates, government tax, service charges, etc, Suedostasien Reise Holiday Consultants Sdn Bhd reserves the right to alter such applicable rates with or without prior notice.

TRANSFER RATES INCLUDE
- Assistance for arrival and departure procedures by English-speaking driver cum guide (foreign speaking guide can be arranged at additional costs)
- Vehicle: air-conditioned limousine, van or coaches
- All vehicle use by Suedostasien Reise Holiday Consultants Sdn Bhd are insured in accordance with local laws.

PRIVATE/SIC TOUR RATES INCLUDE
- Admission fees and such meals as indicated in the itinerary
- Tour pick up at hotels and transfers
- Service by English-speaking guide

HOTEL RATES INCLUDE
- The standard service charges and government tax
- Breakfast whenever indicated
- All hotel accommodation featured in this tariff is fully air-conditioned with attached bathroom facilities.

CHILD RATES
All rates published in this tariff are based on adult price.
For children age 2 – 11 years old, rate will be 75% from adult price.
For Children 12 years and above will be consider as adult.
Rates for hotel accommodation are as per our contracted rates, unless specified otherwise.

Official written booking must be sent to us once confirmation is made. This official booking can be affected in any of the following forms:

- Company reservation/booking order
- Through E-mail
- Through Fax Transmission

In the official booking must clearly indicate all the details of the booking (guests name, date of arrival and departure, tour code booked, special arrangement/request etc) and the mode of payment. Should there be any failure of the above, we will charge to client directly.
Upon notice of confirmation on booking from Suedostasien Reise Holiday Consultants Sdn Bhd, please issue an exchange order or voucher to re-confirm all services required. Together with an attached copy of the itinerary and payment, the voucher must reach our office no later than 14 days prior to pax/group arrival. Whenever possible, proforma invoice will be included in our quotations or confirmations.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE
1. Full payment must be received 14 days prior to passenger arrival. Failure to comply with this condition may result in automatic cancellations of reservations and ground arrangement.
Payment is made via bank draft or telegraphic transfer to our banker: -

Kindly fax us a copy of the remittance advice before 14 days prior to passenger arrival.

2. All remittance of funds will exclude bank charges that mean the exact amount reflected on the invoice should be received/credited into our account. The bank charges should be borne/paid by sender.

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled/partially cancelled, a cancellation
Charge will be levied. Any cancellation received will incur the following cancellation
Charges:

During peak season or special occasions, certain service providers may impose different deadlines to Suedostasien Reise Holiday Consultants Sdn Bhd to either guarantee with full payment or to release a particular booking. Such deadlines will be advised upon reservation confirmations. The new deadline will supersede the general terms & conditions provided above. Breaches of these deadlines may result in cancellation of rooms/tours, reduction of rooms or version to higher rates by the service providers.
Any cancellation must be notified by e-mail or fax. A notice is only valid provided that an acknowledgement and acceptance by Suedostasien Reise Holiday Consultants Sdn Bhd is obtained. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt and acceptance of the cancellation notice.
Suedostasien Reise Holiday Consultants Sdn Bhd will not entertain any request for waiver of cancellation charges or refunds (where applicable) for non-compliance of this procedures.

NO SHOW
In the event a client is a “No Show”, no refund in full or in part will be given for services in the program not utilized.

TOUR LEADER ENTITLEMENT
Complimentary transfers and tours are provided to one tour leader with every 15 full paying passengers (airfares and meals are not inclusive). Complimentary room for tour leader is strictly on request basis and at hotels discretion.

PASSPORT AND VISA
Please ensure that your passengers are in possession of a valid passport and visa. We will accept no responsibility and are not liable for any form of compensation if any passenger is refused entry by Immigration authorities of Malaysia or of any other country for whatever reasons. As every passenger is deemed to carry his/her own risk, please ensure that they are adequately covered by comprehensive travel insurance.

LIABILITY
Suedostasien Reise Holiday Consultants Sdn Bhd acts only as an agent for transportation companies, hotels and any others contactors and therefore does not accept any responsibility for:
- Any act of omission or default, accident or irregularities that may caused to person and/or property
- Any cancellation of journeys, delays, failure to provide seats, berth and facilities for carrying or story luggage and/or failure to provide accommodation
- Suedostasien Reise Holiday Consultants Sdn Bhd reserves the right without being liable for any loss or damage to change the itinerary with or without prior notice and at its sole discretion deem fit.

COVERAGE AND ACCEPTANCE
All quotation by Suedostasien Reise Holiday Consultants Sdn Bhd is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated above regardless of whether they are included in the quotations or otherwise. Suedostasien Reise Holiday Consultants Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend any of the conditions from time to time at its discretion.
