Description:
Pick
up from hotel or airport and proceed to Sepilok, the
largest Orangutan rehabilitation center in the world.
Trek through the rainforest on the wooden boardwalks
to the feeding platform and observe the feeding of the
orphaned orangutans.
Continue to the nature center for a video on the rehabilitation
program. Local lunch in the town before proceeding on
the boat ride through the lower Kinabatangan River in
search of wildlife like the Proboscis monkeys, birds
and other animals.
Return to Sandakan before sunset and transfer to the
airport or hotel.
