Description:
This
Tour is a combination of exploring wildlife in Sabah,
from the Selingan Island is safe haven for endangered
Green Turtles and Hawksbill Turtles to witness and observe
turtles laying their eggs on the beach. Later the eggs
are transferred to the hatchery and if there are young
turtles around, you can watch their release to the sea.
Continue with the thrilling of exploring Gomantong Caves,
which is home to million of swiftlets and bats. The
swiftlet’s nests are collected for the famous
Chinese Bird’s nest soup.
Take afternoon boat trip to Menanggul River in search
for Proboscis monkeys and other animals.
Last destination is Sepilok Orangutans center. Experience
a close encounter with the Orangutans which undergoing
a rehabilitation program return to the wild and a tour
on Sandakan, which include Malay fishing village and
a Buddhist temple with a spectacular view of the town.

What to bring: loose-fitting

repellent, light/small backpack to
put your things, flat walking shoes
with good condition, rain coat, change
of clothes, torch or flashlight, camera

- Feeding times at Sanctuary is 1000
HRS and 1430 HRS local time daily
(please re-check again before departure)
- Bright colored clothes are not advisable
- Basic accommodation and meals at
Selingan Island and Sukau River Lodge
- The sanctuary imposed charges for
every camera, please check before

- Within the Turtle Island no person
shall (except with written permission
from the Park Director): take photographs
of the turtles anytime during the
day or night, take panoramic photographs
during the night (between 1800 HRS
and 0600 HRS) or carry out any videotography
or cinematography.
Child rates: 2 – 4 years (50%
off), 5 – 11 years (20% off)
Note: All boat transfers to Turtle
Island are on SIC basis.
Compulsory: purchase your own travel
